We will also respond to critical reviews publicly rather than only by email. How a shop answers a complaint in public is more informative than the complaint itself.

The most useful of these is the star distribution. A shop with 400 reviews averaging 4.9 with no reviews below four stars is showing you a curated selection. A shop averaging 4.3 with visible threes, a handful of ones, and replies underneath them is showing you reality — and reality is what you are trying to assess.
The second most useful is specificity. A genuine review of a SMOOTH Whale 12000 puffs at AED 40 mentions how the flavour held up towards the end of the device, or that the charging port was slow. Praise that could apply to any product from any shop was probably written to apply to any product from any shop.
What to Judge Us On Until Reviews Exist
Review absence is not the same as no evidence. Four things about this shop are checkable right now, without trusting anyone’s word.
Written policies with real numbers. Returns within 7 days, a 14-day device warranty, refunds within 7 business days. These are published commitments with specific day counts rather than reassurance, and you can hold us to them.
Listed prices in AED including VAT. Every product carries a price you can compare against other UAE retailers before you order.
Manufacturer verification, not ours. Most major brands print a security code that you check on the manufacturer’s own site. That confirms authenticity independently of anything we claim about ourselves.
Age verification at the door. Every delivery requires original photo ID from someone 18 or over. It is a legal requirement, it is inconvenient, and a shop willing to skip it is telling you what its other standards look like.
Leaving a Review Once You Have Ordered
Once the system is live, you will receive an email after delivery inviting you to review what you bought. There is no obligation, no incentive attached, and a negative review costs you nothing — it will be published like any other.
The reviews that help other buyers most are specific ones. How long did the device actually last against its claimed puff count? Did the flavour hold up?
