Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed promptly upon confirmation of payment. Our warehouse team operates diligently to ensure your items are dispatched accurately and securely. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
Delivery Timelines & Zones
We are pleased to offer delivery services across the United Arab Emirates. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows: Dubai: Same-day or next-day delivery. Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.): 1-2 business days. These timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. While we strive to meet these goals, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our direct control.
Mandatory Age & ID Verification Upon Delivery
In strict compliance with UAE law, all deliveries require age and identity verification. The recipient must be 18 years of age or older and must present a valid, original government-issued photo ID (Emirates ID or Passport) to the delivery agent. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. This is a non-negotiable condition of sale and delivery. Our delivery agents will refuse to hand over the package if proper identification cannot be provided, resulting in a failed delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, unreachable, or unable to provide valid age verification, the order will be returned to our facility. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange for redelivery. Please be aware that a redelivery fee may apply. If we are unable to make contact or if the redelivery also fails, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the initial delivery fee and any applicable restocking charges.
