Kalyan 12000 FAQ
Is the Kalyan 12000 the same as the Kalyan Pro?
Most UAE retailers sell this model as the Kalyan Pro 12000, with the same 24ml tank, 650mAh battery and 1.0Ω mesh coil listed on this page.
Can I change the draw on the Kalyan 12000?
Yes. Turn or slide the airflow control to open it for a looser, cooler draw, or close it for a tighter pull with a warmer, more concentrated flavour.
Can I keep it in my car?
No. Heat in a parked car during a UAE summer can damage the battery and make the e-liquid leak, so carry it with you or store it somewhere cool.
How fast is delivery?
Orders arrive in 1–3 hours within Dubai and the same day in other UAE cities, with free shipping on orders over AED 399.
