V3 is the upgraded top-fill version of the older Xlim V2 pod, and one of the most-used cartridges in our pods & coils range. OXVA now also calls it the Xlim Top Fill Cartridge.

Which Xlim V3 resistance should you choose?

Choose 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω for a tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw with nicotine salts at 10–16W. Choose 0.6Ω or 0.4Ω for a looser restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) draw with more vapour at 20–30W. If you are unsure, start with 0.8Ω – it suits most MTL salt vapers.

Which devices do Xlim V3 pods fit?

Xlim V3 pods fit the whole OXVA Xlim family, including the OXVA Xlim SQ Pro, Xlim Pro and Xlim Go. The one exception is the Xlim C. Check your device’s maximum wattage before buying 0.4Ω pods – they need 26–30W.

A 30W device such as the OXVA Xlim Pro Pod Kit 30w runs every V3 resistance, including 0.4Ω. Older low-power Xlim devices are best paired with 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω.

How do you fill and prime a new Xlim V3 pod?

Lift the silicone plug on top, fill slowly down the side, leave a little air space, then close the plug and wait about five minutes before vaping. Because V3 fills from the top, you don’t need to remove the pod from the device each time you refill.

What e-liquid works best in Xlim V3 pods?

Use nicotine salts, typically 20mg to 50mg, in the 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods. In the 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods, use low-strength freebase or a lower-strength salt, because the extra vapour makes high-nicotine salts harsh.

For MTL, Mango Crush Saltnic 30 ML by Sam Vapes is a good match. For RDL on 0.4Ω, a freebase such as VGOD 60ML Vape Liquid Freebase works better.

When should you replace an Xlim V3 pod?

Replace an Xlim V3 pod when the flavour stays burnt or muted after a refill, vapour gets weak on a charged device, or the pod starts leaking or gurgling. The coil is built in, so there is nothing to swap inside – the whole pod goes.
