Which Caliburn G2 coil should you choose?
Choose the 1.2Ω mesh coil for the tightest MTL draw and high-strength nicotine salts at about 9–13W. Choose 1.0Ω for a balanced MTL draw at 10–15W. Choose the 0.8Ω mesh for a looser draw, more vapour and a warmer taste at 13–18W, ideally with a lower-strength salt.

Which devices do these coils fit?
These coils fit any device that uses the Caliburn G or G2 empty pod, including the Uwell Caliburn G2 Pod System, the original Caliburn G, the GK2, Caliburn X and GZ2. They do not fit Caliburn A3, G3 or Koko pods, which have the coil built in.
The coil sits inside an empty pod. If your pod is cracked or leaking, pair the coils with fresh Uwell Caliburn G2 Replacement Pods.
How do you install a Caliburn G2 coil?
Take the empty pod out of the device, pull the old coil out from the bottom, and push the new coil in until it sits flush. Fill the pod, then wait about five minutes before your first puff so the cotton soaks through – a dry first puff burns a new coil instantly.
- Remove the pod and pull out the old coil.
- Push in the new coil until it is flush with the pod base.
- Fill the pod through the top fill port.
- Wait about five minutes, then take a few gentle puffs.
How long does a Caliburn G2 coil last?
A Caliburn G2 coil usually lasts until the flavour turns burnt or muted, which depends on how much you vape and how sweet your e-liquid is. Clear, lightly sweetened liquids last longest; heavy dessert and candy flavours clog the coil faster.
For the 1.2Ω coil, a 30ml salt such as Sam Vapes Ultra Melon 30ml Saltnic fills a 2ml pod about 15 times.
