Which strength should you choose?
Choose 15mg if you are new to pouches or a light smoker. Choose 30mg only if you already use strong pouches or smoke heavily. ZAR itself advises starting lower when switching brands, because strength labels are not directly comparable between pouch makers.
How do you use a nicotine pouch?
