This guide covers exactly what we stock and at what price, how to check that any UAE vape retailer is genuine before you hand over money, what the law actually permits here, what the new September 2026 excise rule did to prices, and how ordering, age verification, returns and warranty work with us. If you already know what you want, our best-known lines are the Yuoto Thanos 5000 puffs disposable at AED 40, the GEEKVAPE Wenax Q Pro pod kit at AED 115, and IQOS TEREA Indonesia sticks at AED 120.
Quick summary
- We stock 327 products across nine categories, with a median price around AED 45 and free delivery on orders over AED 399.
- UAE.S 5030:2018 caps nicotine in e-liquid at 20 mg/ml, limits integrated tanks to 10 ml and refill packs to 50 ml, and requires bilingual Arabic and English warnings covering more than half the pack.
- From 1 September 2026, a minimum excise price of AED 1 per millilitre applies to e-liquids, on top of the existing 100% excise tax (UAE Ministry of Finance).
- Every delivery requires original photo ID showing you are 18 or over. No ID, no handover — this is not discretionary.
- Returns run to 7 days on unopened items; device warranty is 14 days for manufacturer defects. E-liquids, coils, pods and disposables cannot be returned once opened.
What Vape Shop Dubai Stocks — All Nine Categories
We carry 327 active products across nine categories, weighted heavily toward disposables (109 products) and pod systems (50 products). The catalogue is built around what actually sells in the UAE rather than a broad import list, which is why replacement pods and coils get their own category — repeat purchases matter more than first purchases once you have settled on a device.

How to Verify Any UAE Vape Retailer Before You Buy
Check six things: a published UAE trade licence, nicotine strength printed on the pack, bilingual Arabic and English warnings covering more than half the display area, age verification at the door, prices quoted in AED with VAT included, and a written returns policy with actual day counts. A seller failing three or more of these is not a seller you should pay in advance.
These criteria are deliberately ones you can apply to us as easily as to anyone else. A verification guide that only ever concludes “so buy from us” is not a verification guide.
|
What to check |
What genuine looks like |
What should stop you |
|
Trade licence |
A UAE licence number published on the site and verifiable with the issuing authority |
No licence number anywhere, or a number that returns nothing |
|
Nicotine labelling |
Strength printed on the pack in mg/ml and repeated on the product listing |
Strength stated nowhere, or only “strong” and “light” |
|
Pack warnings |
Health warning over 50% of the main display area, English on the front, Arabic on the back, plus an 18+ mark of at least 1 cm × 1 cm |
No Arabic, no warning, or a sticker covering the original one |
|
Age verification |
Original Emirates ID or passport checked at handover, name matching the order |
Package left at the door with nobody checked |
|
Pricing |
AED, VAT stated, no last-minute currency conversion |
USD pricing, or a total that changes at checkout |
|
Returns and warranty |
Specific windows in writing — days, conditions, exclusions |
“Contact us” with no stated terms |
Two of these deserve expanding, because they are where counterfeits are usually caught.
Warnings and labelling. UAE.S 5030:2018 is specific: the health warning must cover more than 50% of the main display area, appear in English on the lower front and Arabic on the lower back, and sit alongside an 18+ symbol at least 1 cm square carrying the statement that sale and consumption by under-18s is prohibited. Counterfeit packaging routinely gets the warning size or the Arabic wrong, because it is produced for a different market and re-labelled afterwards. If the Arabic looks like an afterthought, it probably was.
Nicotine strength. The same standard requires nicotine content to be stated. Strengths sold across the wider regional market vary considerably, so read the pack rather than assuming — a 20 mg/ml Pod Salt Core nic salt and a higher-strength bottle look near-identical on a shelf. If a listing will not tell you the strength, that is information being withheld, not information that does not exist.
What UAE Law Allows — The Rules That Govern Every Product Here
Vaping is legal in the UAE for adults aged 18 and over. Electronic nicotine products are regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018, the national standard issued by the Emirates Authority for Standardization & Metrology, and sales to minors are prohibited under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on tobacco control. The standard sets hard limits on nicotine, volume, labelling and ingredients.
|
Requirement |
The limit under UAE.S 5030:2018 |
|
Nicotine in e-liquid |
“The content of nicotine in the electronic liquid shall be less than or equal to 20 milligrams per millilitre” |
|
Integrated tank or cartridge |
Maximum 10 ml |
|
Refill container |
Maximum 50 ml per package |
|
Health warning |
More than 50% of the main display area, English front, Arabic back |
|
Age mark |

|
Banned ingredients |
Carcinogens, caffeine, taurine, heavy metals, formaldehyde, diacetyl, ammonia |
|
Banned claims |
Health benefits, therapeutic effects, “light” or “mild” descriptors, reduced-risk claims |
That last row is worth reading twice. The standard prohibits sellers from making health, therapeutic or reduced-risk claims about these products. Any UAE retailer telling you a device is safe, healthy, or a treatment for anything is making a claim the national standard does not permit them to make. We do not make those claims and you should be sceptical of anyone who does.
Public vaping is governed separately by local authority rules that differ between emirates and between venues. Indoor public places, malls, government buildings and public transport generally prohibit it, and individual venues set their own rules. Check the signage where you are rather than assuming, and note that we do not publish penalty figures because we have not been able to verify current amounts against a primary source.
What Vapes Cost in Dubai in 2026, and What the New Tax Changed
Expect AED 15–75 for a disposable, AED 80–230 for a pod system, AED 30–70 for a bottle of e-liquid and AED 25–35 for a tin of nicotine pouches. Since 1 September 2026 a minimum excise price of AED 1 per millilitre applies to liquids used in electronic smoking devices, alongside the 100% excise tax rate that already applied (UAE Ministry of Finance).
The mechanics matter more than the headline. The minimum excise price sets a floor for the value that excise is calculated on, rather than adding a flat fee. So a 120 ml bottle is now assessed from a base of at least AED 120 before the 100% rate is applied, regardless of what the bottle was previously priced at. The effect is largest on high-volume, low-cost liquid, and smallest on small-format nic salts that were already priced above the floor.
|
Format |
Volume |
Minimum excise base from 1 Sep 2026 |
Where you feel it |
|
Nic salt bottle |
30 ml |
AED 30 |
Little to no change — most 30 ml salts already sat above the floor |
|
Freebase bottle |
60 ml |
AED 60 |
Moderate — budget 60 ml lines are most exposed |
|
Large freebase bottle |
120 ml |
AED 120 |
Largest — cheap bulk liquid is where the floor bites hardest |
Two practical consequences for buyers. First, the cheapest way to vape is no longer automatically the biggest bottle, so compare cost per millilitre rather than cost per bottle. Second, a device you refill yourself still costs less to run than disposables over a few months, because a Vaporesso XROS 5 kit at AED 130 plus a 4-pack of XROS replacement cartridges at AED 40 replaces a long run of single-use devices.
Prices on this page are verified live as of 8 September 2026. We re-check them quarterly, and product pages always carry the current price.
Which Category Suits You — A Straight Answer
If you want the simplest possible start, buy a disposable. If you want the lowest running cost, buy a refillable pod system. If you want nicotine without vapour, buy pouches. If you are moving across from heated tobacco, buy TEREA sticks and a compatible device. Those four routes cover almost every buyer who contacts us.
Disposables — simplest, highest running cost. Nothing to assemble, nothing to refill. The ISGO Vegas 2800 puffs at AED 35 is a reasonable entry point, and the Beco Soft Max 12000 puffs at AED 50 lasts substantially longer per device. Puff-count figures on any brand are manufacturer claims measured under lab conditions, so treat them as relative rather than absolute.
Pod systems — cheapest to run, small learning curve. You buy the device once, then replace pods or coils and refill with liquid. The Uwell Caliburn A3 at AED 109 is a common first device; pair it with a 30 ml salt such as ElfLiq Ice King at AED 35. Expect to replace a coil every one to two weeks depending on how much you use it and how sweet the liquid is.
Nicotine pouches — no device, no vapour. They sit under the lip, produce nothing visible, and need no charging. ZYN pouches at AED 35 are the most-asked-for line we carry, and we stock ten ZYN strengths from 1.5 mg upward.
Closed pod ecosystems. If you already own a MYLE device, MYLE V4 pods at AED 35 are pre-filled and need no separate liquid. Closed systems trade flexibility for convenience — you cannot choose your own e-liquid, but there is nothing to get wrong either.
How Ordering, Payment and Delivery Work
Order online, pay by card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or cash on delivery, and show original photo ID at handover. Dubai orders placed before 7 PM are delivered within one to three hours. Sharjah orders placed before 6 PM arrive the same day. Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain receive next working day delivery. Delivery is AED 30, free above AED 399.
Age verification is the part people are least prepared for, so it is worth being direct about it. Our delivery agents are required to inspect an original, government-issued photo ID — an Emirates ID or passport — and the name on it must match the name on the order. A photo of your ID on a phone is not accepted. If nobody at the address can produce valid ID, the agent will not hand the package over, and the order returns to us. Our full vaping age policy sets out how this is enforced and what happens if someone attempts to bypass it.
On payment: all listed prices include UAE VAT where applicable, card details are never stored on our systems, and cash on delivery is available across the UAE. The payment policy covers accepted methods and how refunds are processed. Delivery timing, dispatch cut-offs and what happens after a failed delivery attempt are set out in the delivery policy.
Returns, Refunds and Warranty — The Actual Terms
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Devices carry a 14-day warranty covering manufacturer defects. E-liquids, coils, pods and disposable devices cannot be returned or refunded once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 business days.

Two exclusions catch people out. Coils and pods are consumables, so a coil that burns out through normal use is not a warranty claim — it is the coil doing what coils do. And warranty covers the device failing on its own, not the device failing after a fall. Anything unclear is answered in more detail on our FAQ page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Vape Shop Dubai a legitimate vape shop in the UAE?
We are an online retailer delivering across all seven emirates, with 327 products listed at AED prices including VAT, written returns, refund and warranty terms, and mandatory ID verification on every delivery. Rather than asking you to take that on trust, the verification section above gives you six criteria you can apply to us and to any competitor equally.
Is vaping legal in the UAE?
Yes, for adults aged 18 and over. Electronic nicotine products are legally sold here and regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018, which sets limits on nicotine content, container volume, labelling and ingredients. Sales to under-18s are prohibited under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009. Where you may vape in public is a separate matter governed by local and venue-level rules.
What nicotine strength is legal in the UAE?
UAE.S 5030:2018 states that nicotine content in e-liquid “shall be less than or equal to 20 milligrams per millilitre”. The same standard caps integrated tanks at 10 ml and refill containers at 50 ml per package. Nicotine strength must be stated on the packaging, so check the pack rather than relying on descriptions like “strong” or “smooth”.
How much does vaping cost in Dubai in 2026?
A disposable runs AED 15–75 depending on puff count. A refillable pod system costs AED 80–230 once, then AED 30–70 per bottle of e-liquid and roughly AED 40 for replacement pods or coils. Since 1 September 2026, e-liquids carry a minimum excise price of AED 1 per millilitre plus the existing 100% excise tax, which raised prices most on large-format bottles.
Do I need ID to receive a vape order in Dubai?
Yes, every time. The delivery agent must inspect an original Emirates ID or passport showing you are 18 or over, and the name must match the order. Digital copies and photos on a phone are not accepted. Without valid ID the package is returned to us, a redelivery fee may apply, and repeated failures result in cancellation.
Can I return a vape or e-liquid if I change my mind?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of receipt, with return shipping at your cost. E-liquids, coils, pods and disposable devices cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. Devices with manufacturer defects are covered separately by a 14-day warranty for replacement or store credit.
Which vape should I buy if I have never vaped before?
Start with either a disposable or an entry-level pod kit. A disposable needs no setup at all. A pod kit such as the Vaporesso XROS 5 Mini at AED 90 costs more upfront but far less per month, because you refill it from a bottle instead of replacing the whole device.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes, to all seven emirates. Dubai receives one to three hour delivery on orders before 7 PM, Sharjah same-day on orders before 6 PM, and Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain next working day. Delivery costs AED 30, or is free on orders above AED 399. ID verification applies identically in every emirate.
Where to Start
Buying from a UAE vape retailer comes down to three checks: that the products are labelled to the national standard, that the seller states prices and policies in writing, and that age verification actually happens at the door. Those are the standards we are asking to be measured against, and the ones this guide has just handed you for measuring anyone else.
If you know what you need, start with the route that fits: a disposable for zero setup, a refillable pod system for the lowest running cost, or pouches for nicotine without vapour. In practice that means something like the Elf Bar BC 10000 puffs at AED 40, the OXVA XLIM GO pod kit at AED 90, or White Fox nicotine pouches at AED 30. Orders placed before 7 PM in Dubai are with you in one to three hours.
This site and its products are for adults aged 18 and over only. Nicotine is an addictive substance. Sale to persons under 18 is prohibited under UAE law.
